Details:
While not necessarily the creation of a comedy film, your film should incorporate a theme that pays tribute to the healing power of laughter, or perhaps the absence of laughter and its derogatory effects. Alternately, you may choose to incorporate humor in whatever ways you wish throughout your film, serving as an example of laughter itself.

Categories for Adults and Students(middle and high school)
When registering, filmmakers will provide details about their equipment and editing software.
This helps us divide participants into two fair competition levels: Regular Tech and High Tech.

Admission: $5 at the door

- Student Filmmakers (under 18 or currently in high school): No registration fee required.
- Adult Filmmakers (18 and older, not in high school): $20 registration fee due at the link provided.
- Deadline to register is March 5th.

- A location in Morristown, TN
- A prop to include in your film
- A specific line of dialogue
- A song that must appear in your film in some way
📽️FILM GUIDELINES
- Length: 5–25 minutes
- Deadline: 6:00pm on Sunday, March 8
- Your film should be filmed, edited, and uploaded to our Google Drive or transferred from a USB device to our drop-off location (to be announced).
- All films will be given a movie rating prior to the screening at the film festival (G, PG, PG-13, or R). Films with an R-rating will be shown after an intermission, providing individuals with children the opportunity to leave prior to their screening, if so desired.
